Selena Gomez Wears Brock Collection Checkered Set to We Day California

Among the top trends of the last two years, matching sets were huge. Think Taylor Swift, crop tops, skater skirts and high heels running all over New York City in 2015 and 2016. Now, her bestieSelena Gomez is picking up the matchy-matchy baton and we couldn’t have asked for a better interpretation.
While attending the We Day California red carpet, Selena rocked a blue checkered two-piece set by Brock Collection. Her stellar outfit encompassed several hot trends at once. The top is a cropped, button front, off-the-shoulder look, and the pants matched perfectly with a flare at the bottom. She finished the look with a pair of coordinating blue Christian Louboutin heels.
Is anyone else getting major Cluelessvibes? This set is basically what Cher Horowitz would wear if she went to high school in 2017. Plus, if worn separately, each piece can still look great on its own. All in all, we'd say Cher would approve of this look — and she gets bonus points for pulling from a, like, totally important designer.
